Rep Power: 0 | | I like to make french toast with Sarah Lee white low carb bread. I make the custard with mostly egg whites and one whole egg, plus some cinnamon, a bit of brown sugar, and vanilla. Then I cook it on an electric griddle. We like to make enough so that we can refrigerate some for the next day.
I use fat free margarine and sugar free Log Cabin syrup on top. The syrup is better if you buy a bottle of maple extract (like vanilla), and pour a little bit into the syrup bottle. It taste more like real maple syrup. Unsweetened applesauce and cinnamon is also tasty on top. |

Rep Power: 0 | | I love cheerios with skim milk, or a whole wheat english muffin with sugar free jelly, or unsweetened applesauce for breakfast.
When I was little, all I'd eat was skinless grilled chicken breast for breakfast. An odd one, I was... ;-) Though Atkins woulda loved me. LOL |

Rep Power: 0 | | | I love the idea of Cheerios with skim milk. I love cheerios and skim milk is all we keep in the house anyway. How much cheerios do you think is sufficient for breakfast? |

Rep Power: 87 | | | Me personally, I like to have just about a cup and a half of cheerios and some milk, but i like to eat it nice and slow. They say it takes 20 min's for your stomache to tell your mind your full, so take your time and you'll eat less. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | cmoothies I hate eggs for breakfast and I usually crave something sweet, so I have a fruit smoothie with frozen strawberries, bananas,a little orange juice, Lite vanilla yogurt, and some kind of protien powder. I like herbalife vanilla soy protien. It tastes the best. Protein will help you not to get hungry as fast. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
