dont under eat today -that just could sendyou into an undereating overeating cycle

get back to your normal plan and put yesterday behind you- just keep moving forward

I wouldnt punish yourself and eat less. Everyone falls off the wagon every once and a while. Just think of today as a new day, and do what you would regulary do on your diet
