Well, I'm 5'3.5" tall, but that's only because I wear inverse sneakers to shrink down my height so I don't intimate all the other mommies at karate.

Why are you doing this: Inspire my kids, stay alive for my kids, be a good example.
What keeps you focused: Looking in the mirror and seeing I actually have a waist that's smaller than the Good Year Blimp
What is the biggest disappointment: Right now, nothing - I've gone thru them in the past and learned, this too shall pass. Every challenge you encounter is an opportunity to learn some precious truth about yourself and your inner strengths.
Who's your best weight consultant: Professionals on this board or knowledgable folk at JPFitness, misc.fitness.weight-lifting, etc.
Who is your biggest inspiration: Gosh, I've never thought of that before. I'd have to say my senseis at karate - I could spend hours watching them do moves and trying to internalize them (the moves, not the senseis) for my own performance.

When is your goal date: 12/25/07 - a year give or take since I've started
What size do you want to be: 6
Who do you want to show off to: My husband
What outfit are you dying to wear at goal: I'm already wearing it! My beloved sleeveless karate gi that shows off my extremely respectable deltoids and biceps

Goal Weight: 140 lbs (10 stone), for now, and by Christmas ideally. Then i'm going to see if i can get much lower.

Why are you doing this: To be a size zero lol Never gonna happen!
What keeps you focused: The pictures of me a few of years ago when i was about half the size i am now.
What is the biggest disappointment: That my weight fluctuates throughout the day...i know that's probably common, but it's frustrating because it means i end up weighing myself about 3 times a day lol.
Your Methods
Low Carb or Low Calorie: Low calorie.
Exercise at the gym or at home: At home...i get embarrassed if i'm outside exercising lol.
What size do you want to be: A UK size 10 -12 / US size 5 - 7 *cough*zero*cough*
Who do you want to show off to: My exes, so i can say har har.
What outfit are you dying to wear at goal: My old jeans that i haven't fit in to in about 3 years! And i bought a pair of new jeans from Hot Topic 2 years ago and they were just a bit too small (Even though i ordered the right size), so maybe one day i can actually wear them...!
How will you reward yourself at goal:
A big fat juicy fillet steak. Even though i'll probably have one on Saturday anyway, but that's not the point.

Why are you doing this: to increase my fitness/stamina, health, for personal fulfillment
What keeps you focused: my boyfriend, my desire to be healthy, motivational photo's, the weight loss forums !
What is the biggest disappointment: when i slip up and eat something bad, when i only lose a small amount each week

Exercise at the gym or at home: both. cardio at gym, exercise ball+ dancing at home
Weights or aerobics: aerobics, but i cant go to the classes as the times clash with my schedule

Who's your best weight consultant: my boyfriend, he knows my body better than i do sometimes i think
Who is your biggest inspiration: don't really have one. everyone on the forums who has had success give me inspiration and motivation though

When is your goal date: 150lbs by my birthday (April 21st), 130 lbs my summer ( july/aug)
What size do you want to be: uk 10 (us 6-8 i think) i want to keep my curves
Who do you want to show off to: my boyfriend in the sexiest outfit possible, my friends and family back home
What outfit are you dying to wear at goal: anything figure hugging that shows off BOOBS, HIPS, BUTT ! hells yes
How will you reward yourself at goal: with continuing to stay fit, after my body has rewarded me i want to reward it with continuous fitness

Who is your biggest inspiration: I don't have specific people, but anyone who met their goals,and never gave up fighting[though, maybe once or twice!]

When is your goal date: I didnt make one, if you don't make it, you don't feel like you've failed.
What size do you want to be: 7-11
Who do you want to show off to: The world, my mom because she never believed in me.
What outfit are you dying to wear at goal: So many. I have a ton of clothes I can't get into anymore. Maybe a dress, and my slouch boots. :] Theres a dress i've been dying to get into.
How will you reward yourself at goal: I have little rewards set up for every 10 pounds I lose, it makes me feel really positive about continuing my journey. So if I get things, I feel like I earned it.
