Hi guys, I just wanted to ask if anyone know why or what caused my heel to feel pain?
1 1/2 week ago, I twisted my ankle from basketball and I felt something on my heel when I twisted it. The next day I felt some pain on my heel, but didn't hurt as much as my ankle, but now the pain is bothering me. Anyone know?
It could be heel spurs. Do your heels hurt in the morning when you first wake up. If so stretch your calf muscles. Stand with your toes on the edge of the stairs and move your feet up and down. Also when standing bend your foot at your ankle and stretch it on a wall. Hope this helps.
