The site would have to allow me to embed my videos that are uploaded on it into my own website.

*Edit* - Oops, my bad didn't quite understand the question at first. Are you just looking for an alternative video sharing site? If so, I think MetaCafe is one. as long as the video is somewhere -you just need the 'code' to have it play on your page...
and that's pretty much the same code as youtube uses...
Though - having youtube for your videos - might give you more traffic (though I personally detest the 15 minutes of fame concept that is youtube

My issue with youtube is simply the fact that when you embed the video on your site, it also shows other people's videos that are related and I'm not about advertising for some other schlup. |

There's an option on the right hand side of the page of the youtube video you wish to embed to turn off "related videos".
Oh, and yes you're able to delete your youtube vids if you want.
