Ok, so I've seen another couple of posts here that are for breast reduction for females but nothing touching on the subject for males. The proper name for the Man Boobs is Gynecomastia where the causes are from testosterone level depletion etc.
Yes I have a case of the Man Boobs, and not afraid to talk about it. Is there any other males out there that may have had surgey to have a reduction, or have eliminated the problem with weight loss.
Also if there are any females out there, what do you really think about Man Boobs the more honest answer the better.
Your opinion counts.

there's a difference between the two... and with weight loss and exercise those that are there from fat can be eliminated... |

Rep Power: 5 | | I have man boobs. Always have and probably always will. At the moment they are fat man boobs, but when I was 19 I was around 160lbs (5'8") and had body fat under 10% and still had them. It was different from loose skin or untoned muscle, definitely fatty tissue. Frankly though I'll be happy to just lose the weight I have now and worry about it then. No point in being concerned that under my fat I may have some more fat! Luckily it's not as bad as the person in the photo you showed and hopefully when I lose the weight and tone up a little it will be something I'll be comfortable living with.
