I voted abs.....well usually if they have nice toned abs, the rest of the body is in good shape too, I've yet to see a man with nice toned abs and the rest of his body is out of shape.

The love muscle is important too

Big, bulky muscles don't do anything for me, but I must say that I appreciate nicely toned arms.

I am defintely an arm girl. When a guy has nice built arms and hes able to wrap them around you theres nothing better than that Its also pretty sexy to watch them lift and push things around

You know its funny now that I think about it... one of the things I found incredibly sexy on my husband when we first started dating was the area where the thumb muscle curves into the wrist and on to the forearm. It was just so strong looking without being over muscled or anything. Rawr!

I may be a little late into this thread, but guys, can we vote on the ladies too? 'Cuz I voted butt for the ladies. Nothing like some firm boo-tay to get ya goin'.

Ladies, I really hate to say this, but, while we guys are usually rather fond of our own "love muscles", they really aren't quite like the other muscles out there...
1. No matter what a man tells you, regular exercise, will NOT increase the size of this muscle, at least not long term (short term gains can be impressive at times though!). Yeah, some of us aren't happy about it either...
2. Despite this, most men truly appreciate having a good work out partner... (although we've been known to work out solo every now and again).
3. While using this muscle sounds like a great way to get in an enjoyable cardio work out... any man who truly thinks he's getting at least 20 minutes worth of true cardio out of it is either A) fooling himself... B) A freak of nature... C) one of those people in the Cialis commercial who should be contacting a doctor...
