I didnt think this was going to happen this early. But I started "the change of life" two years ago and am going through a rough bout. Any and all suggestions or words would be welcome. My moodswings are up and down. My poor bf doesnt know what to do and neither do I, my weight went up to 280, but now is back down to 270...
does this mean my skin won't pull in when I lose more weight. Does this mean I will gain weight more than lose. What does Menopause mean to you?

and does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to help me relax... I now have a mouth gaurd and can sleep once again. Walking more, but I just seem to be down, doing better, but when will it be over?
Menopause does not mean weight gain... but you do have to pay attention to what you are eating... and strength training is going to be more critical than ever - as osteoporosis is a real possibility after menopause and strength training is your best defense against it (as well as maintaining a healthy weight)
