Rep Power: 0 | | | valentines day Well, my hubby and I usually don't too much for Valentines day except for I make a romantic dinner just for the two of us. I think this year I'm going to make this spinach, gargonzola and mushroom stuffed chicken breast in a wine sauce....maybe a salad and some greenbeans with almonds. I always make my husband a Valentine with construction paper and glitter. It's pretty childish but very cute!
I always make my kids heart shaped raspberry pancakes on Valentines day morning and I get them sweet little Valentines and a box of chocolates. The weelend before Valentines day, I buy my kids each 2 boxes of valentines and then we take them to a local nursing home and pass them out with heart shaped suckers!

Rep Power: 19 | | | Well since it looks like we're going to get another beef scare here in Canada, steaks are likely going to drop ridiculously in price (and really, you can't get mad cow disease from beef, you get it from either eating the brain or drinking spinal fluids of an infected cow), I think we'll be doing steak and lobster, with some sort of vegetable side (I'm thinking broccoli and cheese sauce, or possibly a spinach salad). Neither me nor Josh really like wine, so we'll probably have some vodka coolers instead.
Either that, or we'll go out to a nice restraunt, which he's been hinting about wanting to do anyways (possibly because last time I tried to cook lobster I undercooked it and it was kinda slimey). |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Mmmm lobster sounds good to me. But I think me and my bf will be going out for dinner somewhere nice. And my birthday is a week before Valentines, and we are going to a hotel for my bday, so its kind of all rolled into one!

Rep Power: 9 | | My wife and I are going to 3 Forks, its a really nice restaurant here in Dallas. We only go there once a year, on Valentine's Day. We're really looking forward to it!
Valentine's Day will also be a halfway point for my mini-goal, if I'm under 220, I'll be happy.
