1) Lord of the rings trilogy
2) Lock, Stock and Two smoking barrels (this is probably the funniest movie i've ever seen EVER!)
3) Kill Bill 1&2
4) Hotel Rwanda
5) The usual suspects
6) The Shawshank Redemption
7) Titanic
8) Snatch
9) Butch cassidy and the sundance kid (watched it for the first time ever this year and loved it!)
10) Forest Gump (life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you'll get...classic!) Quote:

Rep Power: 12 | | | cool guys! notice:
-mike and san both have the green mile (which i agree was fantastic)
-me and mike both have shawshank redemption
-me and san both have lord of the rings trilogy
wow, you guys have lots of horrors on there....i think i'd add The Shining, The Exorcist (the original 70's version), and the blair witch project wasn't too bad even though it was more of a thriller than a horror |

Rep Power: 9 | | this is hard! 1. Fight club - novel: Chuck Palahniuk, director: David Fincher. I love both and I can't get enough of them! I highly recommend reading invisible monsters too. 2. Godfather (trilogy) but especially no. II. by Francis Ford Coppola
I also love other novels by Mario Puzo. 3. The silence of the lambs - one of my favs movies since I was a girl,
by Jonathan Demme 4. Natural born killers, by oliver stone. do I need to explain? 5. Land of the dead by George A. Romero. I love all zombie movies especially by him and I picked one based on how much I love the maturity of his moral messages in it.
also Asia Argento is in it - drool- 6. A Clockwork orange - by Stanley Kubrick. Also tough picking just one from him but this is a classic I love. A very actual theme despite its year. Also love the novel by Burgess 7. The pillow book Instant love. the way it is directed.. well it had to be Peter Greenaway. it is pure art in movement and it created a calligraphy fetish in me. 8.The secretary by Steven Shainberg. One of the sexiest movies I've seen, the repression.. the power. amazing 9. Pulp Fiction - by no other than Quentin Tarantino. Also hard picking just one but this is the one that reminds me of my childhood as well. 10.Slumdog Millionaire - by Danny Boyle. just entered my heart and list. I had to take other movies down but it deserves this spot. |
