Halloween Costumes??

Even though it's far away, I know many of us will be going to parties or handing out candy at the end of October.... any good costume ideas out there?
Right now I'm thinking Poison Ivy, I just have to get my hands on a green body stocking!

Feel free to post pics from previous years, if you have them

thelast20 will become famous soon enough
Last year my husband and I went as a priest and pregnant nun. I've always found it hard to find 'non sluty' premade costumes for woman. It's hard to dress all sexy and show off your body when your not happy with it, so I was very happy with the covered up nun costume. I do like your posion ivy idea though. You might be able to find a green costume in the boys section (ie: the green goblin). Good luck

Why so serious?

The slutty ones are cute, but I like to see "scary" costumes, you know? I'm just on a Batman kick right now. I think my husband is going to be the Joker.

Well, unfortunately, most girls want slutty outfits for Halloween, so that's why companies market nothing but slutty outfits for Halloween. Personally, I absolutely DESPISE slutty Halloween costumes and I wish they would go away.

I wanna go as princess jasmine if I get down to 130 by Halloween lol But its a longshot! my belly is definately at no state to be exposed at a party :P.. atm!

Showing skin is okay, but some girls REALLY take it over board! I must say...

I'll probably stick with my standby costume - cat ears and tail and whiskers. I rarely go out and I don't like to be too scary because there are still a lot of very young children in my neighborhood. A few years ago H scared the daylights out of a very cute 3 year old with a scary costume when he opened the door, so I try to moderate things now.

When I was a kid my mother did a similar thing with a witch costume. She really sold it and made more than a few children very afraid of our house!

Red face

Last year I was looking for a Princess type/Ball Gown/ 1800's Dress. You know kind of like in "Ever After" or Dracula, that time period, I LOVE those dresses. Mind you, I'd need a push up gel bra or one that's filled with air and a pump 2 get those babies up to my neck. I still wonder how girls today do so. Anyways, I have a mask.

I have been a Pumpkin, A Christmas Present, TinkerBell, A Hippy, I did the Slut Phase too - apparently I am still trapped there...ahem.., A Victoria Secret Lingerie Model, A Sexy Goth..., A cow, A dog, A bunny, A baby (what gives with all the babies too?) haha, I cannot remember the others, Last year at Christmas time, I put on my antler's & red flashing nose. Sometimes when I look in the mirror- it's damn scary!! I tell ya, I don't even have to dress up.

Costumes that I remember that I liked:

A bunch of grapes made out of purple balloons. I like the home made ones, they're the best. Can't think of the rest.

Have you checked Ebay for costume pieces?

I've been scared on a number of occasions, I was probably that little kid that was made to cry a few times over. I spook very easily.

We don't really do Halloween here, so I probably won't be wearing a costume. And I'm not really creative enough to make my own costume.

You should check out these Halloween costumes this guy made! Index of Incredible Costumes

Especially love the Dwight Shrute Bobblehead

I like to dress as Arthur Dent. Very simple.
