Lawry's (the spice people) make a marinade called "Tequila Lime".
Let me tell you, that stuff is freakin awesome. I soaked some chicken in it for a few hours, tossed it on the bar-b-que and if that wasn't some of the best chicken I have ever had, I'll try it on my hat.
15 calories per tblsp, you pour some into a baggie, toss in the chicken and massage it in. When you pull the chicken out to cook, most of the sauce stays in the bag and you get maybe... MAYBE a tablespoon left on the chicken.

World Harbors also makes a bunch of great marinades - in unique flavors - they have a raspberry jerk marinade that's terrific... and a mojito marinade too... Yummy stuff

the only downside is many of those marinades are high in sodium, and with one person, it takes forever to go thru one bottle of marinade... I just wish they'd come in smaller bottles.
If you're grilling, it's also nice to take some fresh marinade (not the stuff the chicken/fish/beef/pork has been sitting in and brush it on the meat - it turns into a nice tasty glaze..
