Guys... how do you tell a woman that you're into her, as in more than just friends?! What are some of the body language that you use? What do you do?
I realize that asking you to divulge is... well, breaking all the rules. But there's this guy, and he's got my head spinning trying to figure it all out.
If I wanted to be more than friends with a girl, I would probably just ask her to dinner or something. I guess leading up to that, I'd probably laugh at everything she says regardless if I found it funny. I'd go out of my way to get her attention, and I'd flirt in general. Dropping compliments, and just being goofy in general.
The most common cause for confusion is the belief that if a man gives a woman a lot of attention over a long period of time, she will become bored with him. If he showers her with attention and then withdraws, she will come seeking out more attention, since she has to work to get it. It's probably true in most cases, but I'm just too lazy to play games like that.
I guess you could always ask, it's not romantic and sets you up for a blow to your self esteem, but like I say, I'm just lazy like that. Get him something, doesn't have to be expensive, and see what he does. If he gets you something in return shortly down the road, I guess that's a good sign. If he wants to hang out with his friends and generally fails to call you enough, you may have to give him the benefit of the doubt, men in general don't know any better.
You have to take nationality and class etc, into account as well. Personally, I'm English working class, so its usually very basic and er... blunt, especially after a few pints...
