Question Cranberry pills?
I know that cranberry is great for fighting UTI's, but I thought I heard somewhere that taking cranberry pills can help your body fight ANY infections. Does anyone know if this is true? I have a sinus infection and I am wanting to try to get rid of it without antibiotics for a change since I am very prone to sinus infections. I picked up some cranberry pills and started taking them already.

They work great on UTIs and Kidney Infections because they help balance out the acidity in the kidneys and make them work a bit harder. I've never heard of it for other infections...

When I have a nasty cold or sinus infection, I take L-Lysine (recommended by my doctor, they're in the vitamin isle. They help boost the immune system) and AirBorne. I hate antibiotics and avoid them at all costs.
