Well most of anything with chores will not work up any real muscles in there. it would only take 3-5 minutes every couple days to work out your
abs and if you don't have enough time for that then I think there may be a problem lol. An excercise ball works really good, or just crunches to begin with and work up to other sorts of
abs excercises. In just about every of Mens/Womens health they have some sort of ab excercise. It's nice to have them nice and strong, it will help with some kinds of back pain which is nice. Just do the excercises, theres no real easy way out.
