Rep Power: 0 | | | LV's "Anything it Takes" shake When your in your car and realize you have all your food for the day packed however you have forgotton your shaker you should do the following.....
1. Grab an empty water bottle in your car
2. Grab a fork out of your bag that you packed for your next meal.
3. Stab the water bottle repeatedly with the fork until you have punctured the bottle.
4. Rip the bottle in half and pour some water and 1 scoop of whey in it.
5. Stir with fork and enjoy.
The final product.....

The ones that are deem good, as in healthy, I hate the taste of. My shake actually tastes like really good chocolate milk. And it supplies a lot more protein than most bars, as well as zero carbs. That is why I opt for this. |

Actually, protein requirements go up when calories are restricted. Bet you didn't know that. So that means, for the dieter, who is actively exercising to lose weight while restricting energy intake, protein requirements rise. |
