When your in your car and realize you have all your food for the day packed however you have forgotton your shaker you should do the following.....
1. Grab an empty water bottle in your car
2. Grab a fork out of your bag that you packed for your next meal.
3. Stab the water bottle repeatedly with the fork until you have punctured the bottle.
4. Rip the bottle in half and pour some water and 1 scoop of whey in it.
5. Stir with fork and enjoy.
The final product.....

I have been desperate in the same exact situation, but I have never crossed the line where I felt the need to "murder" my water bottle. You are a pioneer.

Many people under consume protein as is. Plus, most schedules are not conducive to cooking up some meat every few hours. Therefore, I supplement my diet, when needed, with a whey protein shake. Better than food? Nah. Better than nothing? Most definitely!

I find it easier having a protien bar in the glove box and there is always 3-4 water bottles kicking about in the van.
I have a hard time finding protein bars that are not loaded with sugars or additives. The ones that are deem good, as in healthy, I hate the taste of. My shake actually tastes like really good chocolate milk. And it supplies a lot more protein than most bars, as well as zero carbs. That is why I opt for this.

LOL nah I wasn't upset and that was just today.
I didnt have any paper in my car to make a funnel with so I can put the whey in so I just killed the bottle.
I felt much better after.....

Do you mean most people, or most people who are actively building muscle? Or should we all be trying to build muscle?
No, protein has many correlations to bodybuilding, but protein is a very important macronutrient for all goals.
Actually, protein requirements go up when calories are restricted. Bet you didn't know that. So that means, for the dieter, who is actively exercising to lose weight while restricting energy intake, protein requirements rise.

Great - now you tell me.
How much protein does the average, oh, 183 pound woman need?
