healthy toppings?

I like to have a peice of toast in the morning with breakfast. Any suggestions for something healthy to put on top of it? I like cheez wiz but Im thinking of cutting it because its so processed. . . any opinions?

Also, does anyone have a good suggestion for what to put on top of potatoes? i love sauces and such but im looking for something not to high in calories and a bit healthier than butter or processed cheese sauce, etc.

thanks for all replies!

low fat cream cheese makes a nice sauce for things
ricotta cheese blends well and makes a nice sauce
goat cheese is relatively low in calories high in fat but don't use 4 ounces -
Cottage cheese
Jams and jellies
peanut butter

Halo is a jewel in the rough
You could try putting some honey on top of toast, its sweet so I guess its high in calories but a little goes a long way.
As for potatoes I usually just have some low fat spread on top of baked potatoes, that or some baked beans.
Hope that helps

ooh missed the taters question

Roasted Garlic take one whole head of garlic, and slice off the top so that the cloves are exposed but it's still in the paper - drizzle on a litle bit of olive oil - less than 1 tsp - wrap in foil... and put in 350 oven for about an hour.

When it's done squeeze the cloves and you have a nutty buttery tasting goodness that's insanely good on mashed taters or even on bread...

I heard somewhere that if you take fresh fruit (strawberries, apples, cherries) and top with sugar SUBSTITUTE splenda, equal whatever and pop it in the microwave for a little bit, that the results taste like the inside of a pie. .. you could do this on your toast.

fat free or 2% cheese?
low sugar jellies

Salsa is great on top of potatoes, or chili

s far as the toast goes, no-sugar added jelly would be great. Many companies make them now. Also why not try a wedge of Laughing Cow Lite Swiss? They have lots of great flavors.

For the potato, I love salsa. And non-fat sour cream or non-fat mayo.
