Rep Power: 10 | | You could try putting some honey on top of toast, its sweet so I guess its high in calories but a little goes a long way.
As for potatoes I usually just have some low fat spread on top of baked potatoes, that or some baked beans.
Hope that helps |

Rep Power: 217 | | ooh missed the taters question
Roasted Garlic take one whole head of garlic, and slice off the top so that the cloves are exposed but it's still in the paper - drizzle on a litle bit of olive oil - less than 1 tsp - wrap in foil... and put in 350 oven for about an hour.
When it's done squeeze the cloves and you have a nutty buttery tasting goodness that's insanely good on mashed taters or even on bread... |

thanks for all replies! | I heard somewhere that if you take fresh fruit (strawberries, apples, cherries) and top with sugar SUBSTITUTE splenda, equal whatever and pop it in the microwave for a little bit, that the results taste like the inside of a pie. .. you could do this on your toast. fat free or 2% cheese?
low sugar jellies
Salsa is great on top of potatoes, or chili |

Rep Power: 0 | | s far as the toast goes, no-sugar added jelly would be great. Many companies make them now. Also why not try a wedge of Laughing Cow Lite Swiss? They have lots of great flavors.
For the potato, I love salsa. And non- fat sour cream or non- fat mayo. | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
