You Need:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 heaping cup of splenda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 egg whites (I use egg beaters - 1/4 C. X2 = 2 lg. eggs)
2 1/2 large bananas, mashed
1/3 cup Sugar Free DaVinci Caramel Syrup
1/4 cup skim milk
Preheat oven to 400°
Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, splenda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; Stir Well; Set Aside.
In a large bowl, using a wire whisk, beat egg whites lightly.
Stir in mashed bananas, syrup and milk.
Gently add flour mixture to bananas and stir until blended.
Spoon into prepared muffin tins, filling each 2/3 full.
Bake for 18 minutes, or until center is set.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
Remove and cool on a wire rack.
Yields 12 muffins

I'm curious as to how you calculated your
nutrition info and how you're getting 0 grams of sugar - not that it really matters - bananas have sugar in them... not a lot -but around 30 grams per banana...
Next question - are you using regular splenda or the baking brown sugar blend spenda?

Hi ya Mal.
I put it all in at fitday..
If you see something incorrect, please let me know so I can change it!
I want everyone (including myself) to have the correct info. lol
The splenda is 100% splenda.
I do not understand the part splenda - part sugar?
Makes no sense to me? lol
I have been using splenda and baking w/it since it came out on the market.
There is no need for the one with sugar in it..
These muffins are so super yummy.
I have also made them with strawberries.
I use frozen and let them thaw and just pulse them until they get chunky..
{not a smoothie texture.}

I really want to make these!! Sounds so yummy! I don't have the caramel sauce though, will they turn out without it? Should I use something else to replace it??

Great.
Hmmm... See, I replaced the "corn syrup" with the Sugar Free DaVinci.
If you drink coffee, you could use that. {cooled/black}
You can get Sugar Free DaVinci Syrups at Wal*Mart.

Wonderful!
They are so super easy, right?
Play with different fruits as well.
You can make these so many ways.
