The Best Protein "Milk" Shakes, ever!

From my experience, eating protein in the morning with limited carbs is the way to start the day. I am not saying don't eat carbs...just not at the very start. When I do eat carbs in the morning, I am starving all day long.

Here is a perfect recipe to start the day (if you have a sweet tooth, it is good for any time of the day too!)

Dark Chocolate Shake:

1) In a blender add:
2 Scoops of chocolate low-fat, low-sugar protein powder
½ Cup low or no fat milk or soy milk
½ Cup water
2 Teaspoons Splenda Sweetener
1 Teaspoon baking cocoa
2) Start to blend:
3) Add ice cubes and water to create desired consistency.
4) Pour and enjoy!

I found a lot of useful hints and more recipes at a site entitled "NoJokeDiet" and talked with my doctor. I know this won't work for everyone but I really think these hints did me wonders. It was free and the guy really seems to be down to Earth who writes it...its not wildly professional, it is just honest and has helped me lose weight!

Message me with any thoughts and/or your progress

Best,

Cindy
