Weight watchers recipes ?

Hi there ive recently just joined this site , hope your all well and reaching your goals
I am on the weight watchers points have been on this for nearly 4 weeks now i was just wondering if anyone has any good recipes using this ? Ive currently been having chicken stirfry, grilled chicken, chicken with ww sauces ,(alot of chicken ! lol.. ) spag bol, home made stew, homemade soup, boiled veg, rice, pasta etc etc its all got a bit boring to be honest ! all the good stuff but have kind got stuck making myself and my partner diffrent meals, thing is he really doesnt like alot of veg where as i love it and a dont want to have to cook seperate for him and me its too time consuming after a long day ! The things he likes are, mushroom, cauliflower, broccilli and carrots , where as i eat anything and everything .. god no wonder i got myself here then lol...Thanks for any feedback xx

While there's a nice business in weight watchers specific cookboobs etc...

YOu really don't need weight watchers specific recipes... just being able to educate yourself as to calorie content in specific recipes...

tehre are tons of nutrition calculators on the web for recipes

your partner might not have a weight issue - but eating healthy wouldn't kill anyone -and might extend their lifespan (unless of course they are well insured and you've got a young thing off to the side)

Healthy doesn't mean boring - pick up any cookbook and having fun playing in the kitchen -t here's a ton of recipes on this site - as well as on the parent site... as well as on the web - it's just a matter of what you like...

Lol.. yeah basically i got the books for ww off my mum that give you all the points for reg food but there abit outdated, so a dont go to classes or do it online i just do it myself basically , I know theres loads of ww books but as you said am not buying into them its just with ww you have to know the points for everything etc so its a bit pee, A ment to say my bf is doing ww with me as well hes got a a few stone to shift as well its not that he wont eat veg but he does have a phobia of certain stuff something hes had since he was little and had a lot of dental work ( dont ask lol.. ) so am not forcing him to eat stuff that would just upset him.

I have a few of their cookbooks but the best recipes I have found on Dotti's Weight Loss Zone, which is a site started by a woman that has been on WW for like a million years. (Ok, not that long, but . . .) There's lots of WW recipes, both for the points program and for the core program, which is what I'm trying now.

Good luck.

I got the WW Favorites cookbook. I like it because I don't have to go punching in eleventeen thousand ingredients into fitday or calorieking to figure it out. Tonight I'm having the Best-Ever Chicken Meatloaf with seaweed rice (it's leftover from salmon dinner last night *shrugs*) and some mixed vegetables.

I like the WW cookbooks because they put a all the necessary nutritional info for each recipe and not just the points. A lot of it is good, but then there are a few things I have looked at like, "WTH is that???" lol
