Fish Cakes

Fish Cakes:
1 pound boneless firm white fish fillets, cubed (frozen that's been defrosted is fine for this -shrimp also works as well)
1/4 cup Rice flour or corn flour
1 tbs oyster sauce
2 tbs sweet chili sauce (spicy would also be good)
1 tbs fish sauce
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 scallions, sliced
1 handful green beans, sliced (so they're the same size as the scallions)
1 egg

DIRECTIONS
Combine fish, 1/4 cup flour, oyster sauce, sweet chili sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, cilantro, green onions, green beans, and egg in a food processor. Process until well combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Shape mixture into patties, and dust with additional flour.

In a non stick skillet, spray lightly with olive oil or cooking spray, and put patties into pan for about 8 minutes, turning once, or until golden brown.
