Tuna Fish

Does anyone know anything better to put in a can of tuna fish to make a good tuna fish sandwich that isn't mayo or low fat mayo?

I sometimes buy tuna tempters which come in different flavours, I like the chilli and the curry ones but they also come with sundried tomato, smoked, and ones with different herbs added for flavour.

I think it's gross, but my dad puts relish in his tuna. You could try that for something new.

I found a way...low-fat or fat-free sour cream (sounds gross but don't taste that bad) with a whole bunch of spices to make it taste better!

I put Salsa in mine. Taste pretty good and the heat from the peppers burns calories

I usually put mustard, miracle whip, and lemon juice in my tuna. It's pretty good

Oh man I was just talking about this...miracle whip I just hate ...don't know why. I have tried to make myself eat it and just can't. I am a Hellman's eater (I swear I could be the spokes person!) But now that I am trying to lose weight I am trying to cut out almost all my mayo. (because fat-free and low-fat...yuck rather live without it!)

But yea...thats my take on Miracle Whip (ain't no miracle to me!)

I only eat it in tuna...I can't stand neither mustard or mayo on anything else. *shudders*

i make myself a grilled-cheese sandwich but cook it open (cheese only on one side) and then put half a can of tuna in the centre when it's done. ... no mayo required and only a very small amount of butter to work with the grilling process.

I like cheese and pickles in my tuna fish. The pickles make it perfect with the hint of chrispiness. Tuna fish doesn't fill me up though so I basically eat it for no reason. An orange does more for me than tuna fish, but the taste is so good.

99% of the time I use Honey Mustard (can't do reg. mustard), but every now and then I'll have relish too. I used to the Mayo thing when I lived at home with my parents and that's what they bought. I guess after living at home for 24 years and having sandwiches almost every day, kinda turned me from Mayo.

Tuna Mixins:
Lemon Juice and a touch of olive oil with fresh parsley
Lime juice, jalepeno pepper minced, fresh cilantro
Salad dressing of your choice
Sour Cream (the fat free is gross the low fat isn't bad) I'd probably put the sour cream with something to spice it up -- like jalapenos.

Nicoise Salad
Tuna/Red Potatos/Black Olives/Green beans/Hard boiled egg(if youwant) all arranged ona platter with a vinagrette dressing w/ capers.

Have you tried low fat/non fat ranch dressing, some of them are very thick any make a good base.
