Nice

I also made some oatmeal cookies before. I didn't use flour on its so its healthy too. It's 1 cup quick cook oats, 1/2 cup cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. You can add a little water if its too dry. All you have to do is heat them in a pan (not boiling) and make them into balls and flatten. So nice and healthy.

I assume that the calories provided are per cookie, not for the whole lot, right? Just wondering, because it doesn't really say....or at least, I didn't see it.

I tried the Oatmeal Toffee Cookies over the weekend and made two batches. The first batch has 3/4 cup sugar and the other just 1/2 cup. I know the 1/2 cup is healthier but the 3/4 cup batch is tastier.
