Parmesian Fries 120 calories

Take a potatoe cut into 3's then into strips
spray fat free cooking oil all over them then
shake them around in the pan with some dried
thyme some ground pepper(I use natures seasoning)
coat the pan really good with the cooking spary and
pop in oven for 30 minutes on 400 degrees!
Take out and put 2 tablespoons of reducefat
Kraft parmesian spinke cheese!
And yummy makes a gr8 side dish and for an extra 15
calories you can add a little ketchup!
so 100 for potatoe
20 for the parmesian
cooking spray and spices 0
Ketchup 15 cals
135 total!
Let me know whatcha think I loved them something different!Tammy

I've tried some like this, but I mixed garlic powder with the parmesan cheese. They were delicious!

I did use real parmesan cheese on mine (well, the kraft pre-grated stuff!). Oh so good.
