On a bit of a plateau last week, so to try and shift the scales this week I've decided not to eat any starchy carbs for dinner (I mean I'll still have fruit and dairy products, which I believe have tiny amounts of natural sugars (carbs) in but not potatos, pasta, bread etc). I will have normal amount during the day as usual, eg porridge for breakfast, sarnies for lunch, but none in the evening.
But I've never tried the no carb thing before and I don't know what to eat!!
Any suggestions for some dinners I can cook this week? (preferably quick and cheap too!!)
