3 minute apple cobbler

I found a great little recipe, god I love these quick and unique recipes.

It's called 3-minute Apple Cobbler. I made a few small adjustments to the recipe.

8 Vanilla Wafers (Reduced Fat) - 110 Cal.
1/2 cup Applesauce - 110 Cal.
3 Tbs. Cool Whip Free (South Beach) - 39 Cal.

Take a microwave safe bowl. Put the 8 Vanilla wafters at the bottom. Put the applesauce on top. Microwave for 30 seconds. Top with Cool Whip.

YUM!

The applesauce is a tad-bit bitter. Next time I'm going to sprinkle some equal on the applesauce to make it a bit sweeter.

I plan on trying this. It sounds delicious! Also, how did you get your tickerfactory picture to show up instead of a link?

When you make your ticker, make sure you copy the BBcode, and then paste it into your signature area in your user CP.

that sounds tasty - any particular apple sauce you used? extra chunky?

the motts all natural cups (no sugar added) has 50 calories a singe serve cup... and they have flavors like strawberry apple and blueberry apple...

this might be fun experimenting - though a box of nila wafers around me would be dangerous..

ooh just had a thought - it'd also be good with ginger snaps to give it some diffrent flavor
