Hi everyone.

I just thought I'd inform you that if you have a healthy recipe (low in carbs, fat, high protein, etc), that you may wish to post it on our home page. You will be required to create a new profile, but the format for posting recipes is a lot cleaner and will open up the recipes to a larger crowd: Recipe Submission Page

this thread is now closed. any recipes that you post on the main website, will then be posted in here and you can reply that way. this forum will be closed to new threads. Unfortunately, to post in here you will have to have a login at the other forum: training.fitness.com (too complicated to join two forums together to the main website and i had to choose one ... this forum lost).
