Ok, so today is a rest day. I'm sore, but not too bad. I've been gluten free again for 4 days, and I can tell a difference with each passing day. It's kind of hard to differentiate the gluten aches...

Well the weekend is over, and it's back to the grind.
I did 3 miles on the treadmill this morning. It felt pretty good. My left hip was bugging me a little bit at the end, but not too bad.

I'll be gluten free tomorrow. I'm almost pop free, and I think I'm at a point where I could give it up entirely and not be all that upset about it. Having it in the fridge doesn't even really bother...

WOW... I just estimated the calories from lunch, dinner, and snacks yesterday. I should NOT have done that. I'll be being extra good today, let's just say that. haha!

I was just doing the hip flexor stretches that Cory suggested. So unless it was your hip flexors, it probably wouldn't be much help. lol.

My calories last night were 1353.
I went to the gym early this morning. I did one mile on the treadmill and three on the bike. I was going to do the elliptical too, but never got around to it...

I went to the gym again today. I mostly just did the treadmill and bike though, because I did weights yesterday. My arms and shoulders hurt. My legs are going to kill me tomorrow from the bike.
