Wink Good News

Hi

Its now been 6 weeks since i got my baloon - lost just under 2 stones

Soooo delighted !!

You do really need to stick to a diet for it to work though !

Im hoping to lose 4 - 5 stones in the 6 months

Also helps if you can do some sort of excercise - ive been swimming once a week also and think may put this up to going twice a week.

I go on holiday next week and am going to wnjoy myself and get stuck in when i come back and focus on losing for xmas time

I had considered getting weight loss surgery but ended up talking myself out of it and have managed to lose 50 lbs so far.
