Hi Guys,
I was just wondering - does anyone have any experience of how much you can work out with the balloon? I just ask as I'm planning to go to a boot camp for a week to boost my fitness. My friends have questioned whether doing such extreme exercise with a balloon in situ is a sensible move.
Obviously I'll be checking with my balloon company on Monday, but just wondered if anyone else knew?? |

Just to answer my own question - and in case anyone was wondering - I phoned my balloon person today. They said that it's fine to do ANY kind of exercise. Just that some types may make the balloon more obvious.
Did some sit ups today though - and it felt like someone was shaking a half full 2litre bottle of coke around in my stomach, and it sounded like it too! Very funny. |
