how are you doing? havent seen any of your posts for a while
I was wondering if you could give me the breakdown of your weight loss from week 1 to now, even just roughly, as I dont know what I should be expecting. was hoping for 2 pounds per week but after loosing 9 pounds in 2 weeks last week was only half a pound!

hey sorry havnt been around much ive been having a bit of a struggle and for a month there i was finding things really hard so much i gained 4lb. Thankfully ive now got my head back on and lost 3lb this week.
