I have lost a lot of weight through healthy nutrition and exercise - but am left with quite a substantial loose skin problem.

I am seriously considering surgery to help this - but I do not know which clinics are reputable and which are not.

Are there any threads that you could suggest that I read, organisations that I should contact, or other avenues of research that I should follow?

Has anyone done an analysis on the clinic options that are available?

Any clinics that people would strongly recommend for or against using...?

I am in the UK if that makes a difference - so if it means going abroad I would need to be confident that they spoke English well and were able to give an acceptable level of service to someone who lives in England.

I am pretty experienced regarding weight loss these days but a total beginner in this whole area.
