Just want to let everybody know that I'm here to help. I know a "little bit" about losing weight, burning fat, body sculpting & toning and I hope i can use my experience to make you reach your goals

I couldn't agree more. I just meant Steve said it so nicely. On another forum I post on sometimes, mods start screaming "F*** *** SPAMMER" at the first sight of anyone advertising their wares. You do it a lot more politely around here.

I don't do sarcasm so early in the day. I tend to save it for late at night
