Leg Extensions with Exercise Ball

Lying on the floor, your feet should be resting on the exercise ball, with legs in table top position. Have your head slightly off the ground, and your arms straight out. Exhale, and extend your legs straight out, pushing the exercise ball forward. Hold for two seconds, exhale, and return to start position for one full rep.

Well, it says at the bottom to do 10-12 reps.

Does it matter what size excersise ball you have? I recently went to look at them in the shops and there seems to be a few different sizes and I didn't know if it was smaller one's for women, bigger one's for men or whether it depended on the excersises that you wanted to do on it? Does anyone know?

Yes the size of the ball matters...

It's based on your height...

yes good and nice tips it is a good exercise here one more exercise for you lying o table corner and moves your legs freely without help .
