Hiya everyone, please can someone help me.....I manage to stick to my diet plan all day...but...come night time I get the munchies....and I end up going over my points (Im doing Weight watchers)...how can I stop doing this...I get so hungry...some people have said that a craving only lasts 10 mins...but...mine lasts all night...lol.
