For those of you who are not familiar with this group, Matrons of Muscle, let me give you some information. The Matrons of Muscle is a fitness group formed in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Our goal is to help women of all ages gain the knowledge and find the support they need for a healthy and happy life.

Our page will include healthy recipes, great workouts, local exercise schedules, fitness articles, motivational support, and so much more. We plan to even start up some fitness groups that can meet locally and work-out together. Not only will we be socializing, but we'll be losing pounds doing it!

Thank you for taking the time to learn about us and we're hoping to expand this to really help out the community!
