    Lightbulb Motivational sayings and/or affirmations.

    Every day I will add either an affirmation or a motivational saying, pertaining to health and/or weight-loss. This is one of my favourites. Please feel free to add one of yours. .

    Nothing tastes as good as slim feels.

    Cravings always go away. There are things I can do to make them go away faster. I don't have to give in to them.

    The last 2 were catch ups. Now for today's-
    Stop using the words "I should" and "It's not my fault." Be responsible. It is important to realise that at every moment of the day you are choosing the way you feel.

    Every day that you have eaten 100% on plan congratulate yourself.
    Give yourself credit for eating healthily.
    Be proud of yourself for taking control.

    Great sayings, I'm loving them! I always think of 'A moment on the lips....a lifetime on the hips' but I guess that saying really isn't that motivational!
