This is a brilliant transformation mate - really encouraging for me to see!

I am currently just getting started @ 295lbs - and am aiming for 200lbs. I am similar height to you (6' 1") - and hope I can look half as good as you once I get down to my target!

How are you getting on with the weights? - do you have much loose skin?

    Thanks mate

I'm 100% you will mate, weight loss will make you more confident and happier with yourself. It will take time and effort but it is all worth it in the end.

Getting on ok with weights, haven't done them for years so starting small and bulding up. I have a bit on my arms but I am hoping to tone them up a touch. Coco butter is good for stretch marks.

Nice one - I am just going to target dropping 30-40lbs then wanna start hitting the weights aswell. Should hopefully help speed up my progress. I'll remember the coco butter tip

Keep up your great work - once again, you have done great!

    UPDATE :

It's been about a year since my weight loss program finished and I started to just keep on top of my weight. It has moved up and down and been hard to keep to it but I'm just about doing it, I've put on about 4-5lbs in a year which isn't too bad . Been going to the gym again, still playing football and walking a lot more. Last photos were from my holiday in America, these ones are from my holiday I got back from on Wednesday in the Dominican Republic. It felt so good to walk around without a top on and not have to worry about my weight.

Thanks for looking and all the comments so far

A wonderful account of your weight loss. I'm here because my daughter is overweight, and I am looking for support and happy endings for encouragement.
You brought a tear to my eye.
You are a very smart young man, and will go far in your life. Congrats!
