Hello! I'm new to this forum site. I'm starting my weight loss journey tomorrow morning! I'm going to try the Flat Flush Detox and Diet Plan. Has anyone done this or is doing it? I'd love any and all advice and tips. I'm only 5'3'', but I weigh 220 pounds. I'd like lose 100 pounds. Crazy, right? But why go 1/2 way? Let me know if you if have any advice, guidance or support.
