    Excessive water or fat ?

    So as the title says,
how could i know whether this belly i have is excessive water weight (especially since am on creatine now) or stubborn fat ?

its most prolly stubborn lower belly fat, but when i catch it i cant feel those small "lumps" -if they are called so- that are usually found in fat tissues..

unless you can see your abs then it is most likely fat, the increased weight from creatine is the extra fluid held by the muscles making the muscle feel "pumped" not soft and pinch-able.
