    Talking Say "Hello" To The BIG-MAN

    Hello all. I'am Brandon ... People call me "BIG-Man"
    I decided to join the forum to get some tips on anything related to weight loss. I have always been heavy since I was young and my weight has went up and down throughout the years. A few years ago I lost 80 pounds in about 4 and a half months by eating better and exercising. Unfortunately, I had gained it all back in the past few years. I now understand that losing all that weight in a short amount of time is not the right way to lose weight. About 2 months ago after getting a new scale and seeing that I am back at my heaviest weight I decided to give it another try. So far I have lost 10 pounds and I feel much better about my weight loss than I did the first time I tried. I workout 4-5 times a week for about 45 minutes each workout on an elliptical my wife and I bought for the home. After reading some threads I know this is going to be a great place to get any information I need on weight loss.
