Does anyone use a juicer? I've also seen the infomercial for Montel's emulsifier and it looks pretty cool. I like the idea of being able to grab a healthy drink that I make myself. Or, would it be just as healthy to by one the protien mixes and pop it in my regular blender. Does anyone have any thoughts on any of this?

My mom invested in a juicer lately to help me lose weight. lol

When I can, for breakfast, I have the following:

8/10 cup of the juice of spinach+carrot+I think cabbage. Recently she added some strawberries for taste.
    2/1 cup of soy milk.

So I drink one or two cups. It doesn't taste that gross as it sounds...and at night she's trying to get me to drink a whole cup of just the veggies. I don't know if it's working, though, but that's more veggies intake, right? lol
