My mom invested in a juicer lately to help me lose weight. lol
When I can, for breakfast, I have the following:
8/10 cup of the juice of spinach+carrot+I think cabbage. Recently she added some strawberries for taste.
2/1 cup of soy milk.
So I drink one or two cups. It doesn't taste that gross as it sounds...and at night she's trying to get me to drink a whole cup of just the veggies. I don't know if it's working, though, but that's more veggies intake, right? lol
