Hi, I'm a big fan of pilates. I've heard they don't do much for calorie burning, but I enjoy them and they keep me focused!
I have Winsor Pilates tapes. They are pretty good for toning, but you shouldn't just rely on Pilates to lost wieght. It should be added along with cardio, and some kind of resistance training. It shouldn't replace your cardio either.
