    Sorry. Don't know how to spell it but hopefully you all know what I am talking about. It is kind of like Yoga. Now would that be good with sit-ups several x's a week? I don't know much about them.

    Hi, I'm a big fan of pilates. I've heard they don't do much for calorie burning, but I enjoy them and they keep me focused!

    I have Winsor Pilates tapes. They are pretty good for toning, but you shouldn't just rely on Pilates to lost wieght. It should be added along with cardio, and some kind of resistance training. It shouldn't replace your cardio either.
