fat is probably really high. I'm willing to be that your daily intake of sodium is too high as well.
Can you brown bag lunch and other meals? Even if you can't, use your breaks to buy fruits and vegetables - afterall, you have access to a wide variety.
When you are eating meals away from the store, pass on the cheese and opt for more chicken and fish dishes. If you are opting for a salad, get the dressing served on the side and ask for the low
fat option. If you get the dressing on the side, you will use less and your salad will be less soggy.
You may want to also consider adding a
pilates or
yoga workout. You're back might really appreciate it, considering the type of job that you have.
