Rep Power: 10 | | Keep in mind you don't need a gym for your strength training , I just use 5lbs weights I bought at modells with a yoga mat and some strength training excercises I print online. Well I'm no expert so I guess I should say I don't think you need a gym for the weights |

Rep Power: 10 | | I've been mostly just increasing my reps when I find I can't feel the "burn" anymore , is that okay ? I probably started with 3 sets of 10 of each excercise and now I do 15. I am about 2lbs away from my original goal weight now , should I get heavier weights to maintain or just let things be? |

That will merely build muscular endurance. Adding weight is the name of the game. |

Oh and I love bread - whole grain is good , you get used to it. White might have the same calories but its nutritionally kind of useless unlike whole grain. |
