I've had a good week for my diet so far, helped largely by a dental abcess, nasty pain has ceased all of my appetite and i have completely boycott anything with sugar in it.
Although i'm sure that i may have counteracted with consuming large amounts of pain killers!
Well i'm not recommending getting an abcess for your diet, it really isnt worth it! It's given me the most terrible temper, noticed mainly by my employee's at work, who noticed the change from my friendly social personality, to one resembling a serial killer.
At least it will all be dealt with before my holiday in 2 weeks!

good on you grand national, though i agree having that dental abcess is not the most pleasant way do do it. having been plagued by a number of them over the years i can totally sympathise. the pain is terrible.i used to wake up with cocktails of pain killers in my mouth, lucky not to o`d.
noticed you were from liverpool. *waves* although i am down south now, my family are all up there or in the area. i would love to move back up, but my o/h is a southerner so its a real tug of war. one day.. slim
