Body needs fat... Body cant absorve lipo vitamins (A, E, D) without absorving fat at the same time, so it may occur vitamin deficits... And we do need fat to our metabolism to work... And the less fat we eat, the less fat the body will burn, fat metabolism would deincrese... Our cells need fat to work, to build, the cell's membranes are a fat structure, thats the only way to a cell to regulate it's inner space whatever happens at the outside. Do you want to absorve less fat? Stop eating so much of it!

Ever since my little bout of weight loss, my family is taking the easy way out by eating these things before every meal.

I had one pill and it really wasn't bad. You just crapped out orange stool for awhile followed by some bubbly things (the fat). One pill made this last a couple days for me.

I take it every once in awhile. Not religiously "like you should" .

stuco has a brilliant future
This stuff is obviously poison and anyone who takes it is in for some "roid-rage" if they don't already have that issue.

message me for questions
Then why even pay $70 for something you're shitting out? Avoid the bad foods and excercise.. no reason for the pills.

I've been on it for 6 days and I've lost 5 pounds. I haven't had one side effect that you have mentioned but I'm also following the program to perfection. For me, I needed a jump start to get this wait off and the fear of eating too much fat and experiencing the awful side effects is enough to keep me faithful. I'm starting this program at 260 pounds and my next step was surgery.

My plan is to discontinue using it after this one month supply. By then, I should be into the habit of making healthy choices and have my smaller portion sizes be second nature. At least that's the plan!

The real test will be today because I am meeting friends for lunch at "Claim Jumpers". I will need to choose very, very carefully.
