I LOVE my porridge (US=oatmeal). I look forward to getting up to it. It would be easy for me to only have porridge every day - I have become a porridge addict! Seriously though - its a great breakfast, as wholegrain as cereals can come - great for the heart, great breakfast for
fitness, great especially for colder mornings.
I add things to mine - either whey protein, honey, or almonds.
For variety, every three or four days, I'll have high fibre bran with a chopped banana instead. Every few weeks, I'll have a couple of hard boiled eggs on wholemeal toast. Problem is - what I really always want is ... porridge!
