I feel the same way when I eat breakfast. I Can go all day without eating if I miss breakfast... but that's not good b/c we have to eat our daily points/calories and keep it spread throughout the day. If I skip breakfast, I don't eat all day, then by bedtime I am starving and binge. It's a vicious cycle.

You know I never realized if I eat more at night when I don't eat breakfast or if it makes a difference for me. I guess I will pay more attention tomorrow and see.

I mean, we all have to eat. And the problem is we(or I) just can't seem to moderate it. It's like with me, I either eat a ton, or not enough. Ugh, I'll never forget what made me realize I was overeating. Someone told me "you know, I eat to live. YOU live to eat." At first I thought they were just being mean, but now I know they were right, and weren't trying to be mean.

I'm with you Christina. I love All Meals! And all foods at ANY time of the day! hehe
But I love cereal-hot or cold. I eat it all the time. It is usually my evening snack. I have a question, Does anybody stop eating a couple hours before bedtime. I hear that this really works, but I just can't seem to do it.

I am with Christina and honeybee...I love all meals..snacks and everything in between. I work 12 hour days so I usually don't eat dinner til after 8. But I do try to just eat a bowl of cereal and a piece of fruit.

I feel like when I eat breakfast I am hungrier throughout the day. Does anyone else feel like this?
yep! if i eat breakfast i am hungrier that day and end up eating more than i normally would. it does not make me eat less later like they suggest so i figure i might as well skip it and save the calories for later. i ate a piece of string cheese today tho for breaky. if i ate any more than that, i'd probably want to lay down and take a nap.

I don't get hungrier when I eat breakfast, I just have trouble eating in the mornings. It makes me feel sick. I know its a learned response, because I had about 15 years of not eating breakfast, and if I did it was a chocolate bar or a milkshake, or some diet drink, depending on what diet my mom was on at the time or how rushed I was. When I hit my late teens and started trying to eat right for the first time, I couldn't eat a solid breakfast.
I've got to the point that I can manage a single scrambled egg, or a couple of spoons of yogurt over half a banana, but any more than that and I feel queezy (except when I'm hung over, then I like a big breakfast... but I guess I sleep later in this case LOL).
I 'm trying to get into the habit now of having a decent healthy snack mid morning so I don't lose energy all at once at around mid day.

Hm... I never noticed that! But I did notice that I don`t eat much all day, if I don`t eat breackfast!
Still, I`m the same hungry at the evening with or withough breackfast, that`s no difference.
