To you what's the hardest thing about loosing weight?
To me it's just being patient to see the drastic changes in my appearance I want to see. Thinking it's going to take 4 or so months for me to really see some good changes is kind of depressing, but the weight didn't come on over night and it won't just fall off over night right? What's the hardest thing for YOU?
For me, portion-control is the hardest. I tend to go too easy on myself, putting off the diet for "just one more day", and if I've done well then I "reward" myself a little too much. If I've eaten badly but haven't gained weight, then I'm tempted to eat badly for another day to see how far I can push my luck
